I noticed there are quite a few soldier classes that have an overwatch track (ranger, specialist, gunner, spark). What class would you say is the best if you specialize it on overwatching?
My builds are out of date and I haven't played with the new perk trees so I don't think I can give good guidance here. I will just say 2 things.
I think the overwatch build can be ignored completely. It isn't weak but it isn't as strong as other builds.
When i was exploring overwatch builds, I found the Ranger, Gunner and Spark all did an admirable job of it. I never really tried the Specialist overwatch build, so that may be good as well.
